Ralph is a great guy but don't trust the quote. I went in to make an appointment and get a price. I was quoted $105 for color and highlights. The most I've paid in the 7yrs I been having it done was $120. So I made the appointment. When I went to pay it was $230. I told them about quote and they took $15 off! Yes he did a good job on the color and highlights. But not anymore than the other hairstylist in the past. For this reason only I'm giving a 1 star. This experience wasn't an awe moment. It was ordinary. And for the owner not to honor a quoted price was extremely disappointing. Will never go back.
