Shootings and robberies are literally happening in the projects directly across the fence from the property. This place is an overpriced PRISON. Do not move here if you have kids, or if you're black. Save your application money if you're not Hispanic. I've had several colleagues with excellent credit and no criminal history be denied. More than likely because the community is dominantly Spanish and they'd like to keep it that way. And the kids are horrible.
